AULP is a brand from Savoie, and its name comes directly from the local Savoyard dialect: "aulp" meaning alpine pasture or high-altitude grazing land. Founded in 2017 in Haute-Savoie, the brand has established itself with a strong Savoyard identity and gained recognition thanks to its stylish, high-quality products offered at affordable prices. AULP was created by people passionate about their native land—the Alps. For them, the mountains are a way of life.
AULP is built around core values: creativity and family. Like the chamois it proudly represents, the brand explores every segment of mountain apparel to offer a collection that adapts to your needs.
AULP is sold throughout France and also internationally. The brand is constantly evolving and expanding year after year, proudly showcasing the Savoyard cross and the chamois beyond borders.
At Aulp, we’re taking a new step forward this year, with over 20% of our collection now made from recycled polyester. Since its inception, the brand has been committed to more responsible fashion and is establishing itself as a pioneering player in sustainable development.
Our approach reflects a constant drive to innovate and reduce our environmental footprint. We’re continuing our efforts by incorporating more pieces made from recycled plastic bottles in our upcoming collections.
Our ambition is clear: to design clothing that is more respectful of the planet, protect the ecosystems around us, and support the local communities that are an integral part of our world. Within the next three years, we aim for 50% of our products to be made from 100% recycled materials.

AULP protects your privacy. Your data is not sold to a third party. “Personal Data” is data about an identifiable individual as described in applicable data privacy laws.
To receive our latest information, please subscribe to our newsletter. We'll send you everything you need to know about the new collections. You can find an appropriate field at the bottom of the page to enter your email address.
If you want to unsubscribe, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our newsletters. You can subscribe again in the same way as the first time if you wish to receive our information again.

Delivery
Our delivery times are 2 to 3 business days. These deadlines can be extended if you do not live in France.
To track your order, use the tracking number you received by email. Simply enter it on the carrier’s website (Mondial Relay, La Poste, Chronopost) to follow the real-time progress of your delivery.
It is possible that your parcel is already available at the pickup point even though the tracking information has not yet been updated. In that case, we recommend going directly to the location and asking the staff to check if the parcel is physically there.
Our delivery costs vary depending on the type of delivery you choose. They are displayed when you place your order.
Our procedures do not yet allow you to modify the delivery address after the validation of your order.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been validated. However, you have your right of withdrawal, offering you the possibility of returning your products to us. For more information about this right, please see our page
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

Colissimo (home delivery): from €4.90
Colissimo (pickup point): from €4.90
Chronopost (express delivery): €12.90
The good news? Delivery is free on orders over €150, regardless of the chosen method (except Chronopost).

At the moment, shipping to destinations outside Europe is not yet available.
If you’d like to receive your order abroad, simply enter a delivery address located in the destination country. The available shipping options for that location will appear automatically during checkout.
Payment
You can pay by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard) or by PayPal. Additional fees related to international payments may be applied by your bank.
Returns
Return due to sizing issue / change of mind (right of withdrawal)
Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the shipping date indicated on the return package falls within the allowed 30-day period, you will be refunded, even if we receive the package after this deadline.
Return procedure
• Use standard packaging or reuse the box in which you received the product.
• Include your invoice, or your contact details (full name, order number, email address, phone number).
• Send the parcel to the following address:

Returned items must be in their original packaging (plastic bag), with tags attached, and must not have been worn, used, or damaged.
Return due to a defective product
Returns are the sole responsibility of the company. The return must be made within 30 days of the day of purchase of the product. If the departure day indicated on the package is included in the authorized 30 days, you will be reimbursed, even if we receive it beyond this period.
Return process
Send an email to the following address contact@aulp.fr, explaining the defective, supporting photos. We will therefore send you a return label.
Use a standard package or reuse the box with which you received the product.
Attach your invoice, or your contact details (surname, first name, order number, email, telephone number).
Send the parcel to the following address: AMATEIS, 18 rue des prés riants, 74150 RUMILLY, France
The returned products must be packed in their original packaging (plastic bag), with the labels attached, without having been worn, used or damaged (by the customer).
We do not exchange items, but you can return them. If the returned product complies with AULP's return procedure and meets the refund conditions, you will be fully refunded.
Please contact our customer service contact@aulp.fr. We'll create a free return slip for you to return the item, we'll refund you, and you can recommend the correct size.
REFUND
Once the returned product has been inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your package.
RETURN AND REFUND FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
If you purchased an Aulp product from a physical store, other than our online shop, we will not be able to process your return or issue a refund, even if the product is defective.
You will need to contact the store where you made your purchase to reach an agreement.

Haven’t received your order confirmation ?
It’s possible that the confirmation email was redirected to your junk or spam folder. We recommend checking those folders in your inbox.
If you still can’t find the confirmation, there may have been a mistake in the email address entered at checkout, or the payment might not have been processed successfully.
As our website does not offer customer accounts to view order history, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly through our contact form or by email at contact@amateis.fr. Make sure to include your name, the date, and the amount of the order. We’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
To use a voucher code, simply enter it in the designated field on the cart page (see image below), then click the "Apply" button. The discount will automatically be reflected in your order total.
